Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Hockey

Fall Program:

ON-ICE Fall Hockey will be broken up into 4 Teams.

  1. Fall Varsity Team – This team will play 13 Fall Games at Cranbrook.
  2. Fall JV Team – This team will play 14 Fall Games against teams in the MJVHL  … www.mjvhl.com
  3. Fall / Winter U15 Team – This team  will be Rostered Mid-August, and start Playing Games early September against other U15 AAA Teams and be will rostered with MAHA. This team will play in approximately 40 Games and 2 – 3 Tournaments from September thru February.
  4. Fall Prep Team. – This Team will be Rostered End of August, and start playing games early September in the Great Lakes Prep – JV Hockey League www.glphl.com.  This team will play in approximately 10 Games and 1 Tournament from September thru October.

 

Team A is the first team to go on the ice for any particular DAY … the second team on the ice is TEAM B for that particular day.

Take For Example: September 9th  .. JV is practicing at 3, therefore they are Team A that day. Prep is practicing at 4:30, therefore they are Team B that day.

 

ON-ICE Schedule

Mon – Thursday (Team A and Team B Changes Daily)

3 – 4:30 PM   Team A – On-Ice with TPH

4:30 – 6 PM   Team B – On-Ice  with TPH

Fridays

3 – 4:30 PM   Team A - Small Area Practice with Zack Doyen

4:30 – 6 PM   Team B – Small Area Practice with Zack Doyen

 

OFF-ICE Schedule

Monday,

3 – 4 PM         Team B - Weight Training with Zack Doyen at OLSM

4 – 5 PM         JV & Prep Speed Training (Probably at OLSM)

5 – 6 PM         Team A - Weight Training with Zack Doyen at OLSM

Tuesday,

3 – 4 PM         Team B - Weight Training with Zack Doyen at OLSM

4 – 5 PM         Varsity & U15 Speed Training at Oakland Yard

5 – 6 PM         Team A - Weight Training with Zack Doyen at OLSM

Wednesday & Thursday,

3 – 4 PM         Team B - Weight Training with Zack Doyen at OLSM

5 – 6 PM         Team A - Weight Training with Zack Doyen at OLSM

Saturday,

10 – 11 AM     Club Speed Training at Oakland Yard (Open to Players on All 4 teams)
